Author: adminMy name is Stephane and this is part two of four part series of articles. Just so you know, I run a leading mobile marketing agency agency in Plymouth, Devon.
A quick re cap.
In part one we had a look at the ‘Video Plus Quiz Plus Offer Plus Click-to-Call ‘ and the ‘The 50 Tip Page Plus Social Media’ landing page ideas.Lets’s keep it moving and take a look at another couple of concepts right now.
Mobile Landing page Concept 3
The ‘Plus 1 ‘ Downloadable Voucher And Booking Form
Landing page idea 3 is a good way to reward existing clients for their loyalty and give them encouragement to commend you to somebody they know.
The ‘ 1 downloadable voucher’ is a way to get something in the customer or prospective client’s hands that they can them redeem in-store at a later time.
The download is a voucher. This coupon may be in the form of a bar-code, personal message or whatever fits your business’ personality.
The ‘Plus 1′ element of the offer invites them to nominate a pal - that would also be a first-time client of yours - to enjoy the same offer that they have just received.
There must be a method for both folks to safely redeem the coupon and for you to keep an eye on what is going on.
Here is one way to do it.
Under the download button there’s an instruction like this:
“Fill in the form below to claim your voucher. Be certain to make us aware who you would to share the offer with. Give them a password and then let us know their name and the selected password when you fill in the form. Your friend will then have got to call or email us to arrange a time to come in-store to redeem their coupon. If you like, you can come together!“
Under the message there’s a contact form.
Compulsory fields include: Name, Telephone Number, Name of guest, and ‘Chosen Password’ for your customer’s nominated guest.
They fill in their details and press send.
You have a satisfied client and a hot lead.
Mobile Landing page Concept 4
Customer Satisfaction Questionnaire
Why just use mobile landing pages to generate sales when you can also use them to measure client satisfaction?
Add a QR Code and an appropriate call to action to your bills and your bills.
Customers scan the code using their smart phone’s QR reader and arrive at a mobile landing page that thanks them for their business and invites them to give you their feedback on their experience with you.
If a client had a poor experience you can do something accordingly.
Similarly you can use the feedback to qualify your client’s suitability for further incentives.
Clients that love your business should be loved back.
Turn the happiest first time customers into life long fans of your business by giving them a little extra care.
