One such friend made quite an interesting remark to me over the weekend:

“I am often astounded that the amount of enquiries that we receive massively increases during an economic downturn. This was a great point that my friend was making. In reality we should all be attempting to obtain cheap calls and lower business overheads at all times, not just when the going gets tough.
